Placing an order on our website

When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card.

We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).

You may be able to cancel or modify your order on short notice (timeframes depend on the efficiency of our team).

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you via your email.

Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order).if we notice something unusual on an order or if your order goes against unit limits as detailed on the product display pages of specific products. If your account has been blocked and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with us via email and we will be happy to speak to you about it.

Prices and description of a product

There is a lot of activity onour website. Sometime, we are very busy and may price up or describe a product or promo wrongly. If we discover an error for any clothing or accessory you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price).

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will cancel your order. If have already pay, we will refund you in full.

All prices include VAT

Depending of the value of your order or the delivery option, or address you choose, delivery cost may also be charged (see below). Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process and included in the “total cost”.

Delivery

Before you finalise your order, you will be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address.

We are working hard to try to meet all delivery time but sometimes, there may be delays because of postal delays, logistics, bad weather or other reasons. We will always try to help you as much as possible by giving you a proper tracking number to track your parcel’s progress.

Returns & Refunds

Returning an unwanted item?

Sometime, something just doesn’t work and you want your money back. Don’t worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept return.

If you return an item requesting a refund within a month of it being delivered to you or available for collection, we will give you a full refund of the original payment method.

If you request for a refund, we will refund you within 60 days of receiving the returned item.

If you request a refund for an item after the 30 days limit but you can’t return it to us for some reason, please contact us.

After that?

After that time frame of 30 day, we don’t accept returns for unwanted items. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Proof of postage

We strongly recommend you to get proof of postage and follow our returns process.

Keep it clean

Hygiene and all our customers safety is important. For this reason, some product can’t be returned for refunds including:

  • Body products if opened, used or protective seal is not intact
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Pierced Jewellery

None of this affects your statutory rights.

Keep it as brand new as possible

All returned items should be sent back to us in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags on.

Be fair

When we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to suspicious claims relating to orders not being received, items missing, ordering and returnin loads, sending back multiple time refused return to us, returning items worn or used or not matching what was originally ordered, we might have to withhold issuing a refund and block your account and any associated account.

If your account has been blocked and you need to make a valid return, contact us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Please note that we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don’t match what you ordered.

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Promo Codes

From time to time, we may send you promo code via mail. Remember, it is up to you to enter the code at checkout.

There are some things to remerber:

  • Each Promo Code has its own terms. To be more clear, each promo code applies on a product, a collection, if it can be multiple times or only one and, when it can be used.
  • Promo Codes can’t be used on our website gift vouchers
  • If you are given a unique promo code by our customer’s service, you are the only one who can use it. Please, keep it secret and don’t let anyone else use it or abuse it.
  • If you are abusing of it, we can cancel your promo code, suspend or close your account without telling you
  • If a promo code can’t run properly because someone or something is abusing of it (fraud, abusing of a technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control), we can cancel, modify or suspend the promo code.

Gift cards can’t be used to buy gift cards on our website

If you are buying an Katana Sword Store Gift Card for someone, please make sure you get their email adress correct. If you get it wrong, there is not much we can do. Please, double check before buying it.

About our mails, sometime spam filter send our emails into junk or spam folders. If the people who you bought the gift card didn’t received it, please tell them to check their junk or spam folder.
